Teofila Geronimo Ortiz, 87 of Penaranda, Nueva Ecija, Philippines passed away on the year of our Lord May 31, 2004 at Good Samaritan Hospital located at Los Angeles, California U.S.A. The daughter of Moises Geronimo and Isabel Serrano-Geronimo. She was the third child of 5 siblings brothers Fortunato, Nonilon (deceased) sisters, Zosima (deceased) and Justa (deceased). She was married to Delfin Ortiz Sr. (deceased). She is survived by her daughters Zenaida, Aurora, Lina Flor (deceased)and  Maybituin. Her sons, Reynaldo, Delfin Ortiz Jr.(deceased), Armando, Rafael and Ed, Sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and Grandchildren Service and Burial held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California U.S.A. Nanay will be deeply missed by all of us. Nanay will always be remembered for her kindness and caring personality. Nanay is in heaven with Jesus.
